Ongoing measurement of our environmental and social performance is essential if we are to continue to improve. We have established a set of key performance indicators which relate to the issues and responsibilities that we have identified as most important for our business.

This data is published for each of our divisions; bus, rail and aviation, and by operating company, within the performance data tables in this section.
