Our Corporate Responsibility

Our approach to reporting

If we want people to understand how we are tackling our environmental and social issues, we must communicate in a clear and accessible manner. We believe this is best achieved through producing a short summary report in print, complemented by a fuller account of our performance on the web and individual reports for each of our operating companies.
 

Our Group Corporate Responsibility Report provides an overview of our approach and performance in each of our key responsibility areas. More information is available on this website. Individual company reports provide in-depth detail of the corporate responsibility approach and achievements for each business.

Last year we were the first in our sector to publish an Economic Impact Report quantifying our impact on the UK economy. This year we have included this assessment of our economic impact in our Group report and on this website.
