Our approach to corporate responsibility reporting is now well established.  Our main CR reporting is Web based, but we also produce a printed executive summary report for the group and individual operating company mini reports.  This year we also produced an Economic Impact Report. These reports are available on request or as downloads on this site.

This three tier approach with its focus on operating company CR performance reflects the devolved management structure of Go-Ahead. We believe that this approach also represents best practice in CR reporting as local operating companies are best placed to offer the transport services that local communities need.

Public transport is the lifeblood of many communities, and plays an essential role in tackling social exclusion. Our buses and trains provide essential services for millions of people. Our business success and returns to our shareholders depend on our ability to serve their needs efficiently and responsibly.  Environmental responsibility has always been a priority for us and we continue to set the benchmark for the public transport sector.
